About the Role: Your Japa Buddy seeks a dynamic Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to oversee her team’s efficiency and manage day-to-day operations while directly supporting the CEO. In this hybrid role, you will manage internal processes, coordinate calendars, allocate tasks, and ensure that every deadline is met—ultimately creating a seamless client experience and freeing the CEO from routine operational tasks. Your success will be measured by achieving 99% client satisfaction, streamlined processes, smooth operations, and zero day-to-day dependency on the CEO.
