The Right Strategist Thinks Like This…

We are looking for a strategic marketer who understands that marketing is more than running campaigns; it is about solving business problems, influencing customer behaviour, and creating predictable business growth.
You enjoy building strategies, developing offers, improving customer journeys, leading campaigns, and helping people execute at a higher level.
You are equally comfortable discussing positioning, customer psychology, direct response copywriting, marketing analytics, campaign testing, and business strategy.
You don’t wait for instructions. You identify opportunities, research solutions, recommend improvements, and lead execution with confidence.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build one of Africa’s most respected founder-led education brands while developing into a future Chief Marketing Officer
Example: Instead of “What campaign should we run?” you naturally ask: “What business problem are we trying to solve, and what’s the best marketing strategy to solve it?”
We value marketers who think strategically, lead confidently, execute consistently, and continuously improve marketing systems, campaigns, and people.
